Who will be the 2023 William G. Hansen Youth of the Year?

The Haddonfield Lions Club is seeking nominations for the 2024 William G. Hansen Youth of the Year Award. The award was created to honor Bill Hansen, who was a Lions Club member for more than 60 years and served in numerous ways, always putting others before himself.

 

Nominations are welcomed for students attending Haddonfield Memorial High School (HMHS) and are dedicated volunteers in the community or their school. We want to honor students with empathy for others, strong leadership skills, and who spend their time helping others. Young people can also nominate themselves.

The winners will be recognized with a plaque and will receive a cash prize at the Mayor's Breakfast and Citizen of the Year celebration on Saturday, January 20, 2024, at Tavistock Country Club.

THE AWARD WILL BE PRESENTED AT THE MAYOR'S BREAKFAST, SATURDAY, JANUARY 20TH, AT THE TAVISTOCK COUNTRY CLUB; 9:00-11:00 AM, TICKETS AT THE DOOR, $20.00

YOU WILL HEAR THE MAYOR AND COMMISSIONERS DISCUSS WHAT'S HAPPENING IN THE BOROUGH AND HAVE A CHANCE TO ASK QUESTIONS.
